We Offer

Robust Financial Planning Options

One-Time Comprehensive Financial Plan

If you have big decisions on the horizon or want a financial check-up, a one-time comprehensive financial plan could help you. We will get to know you, your goals and what questions you have and then provide our recommendations and a list of action items. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask us follow-up questions, and the door to continuing our relationship is always open if you decide you want help implementing our suggestions.

Cost: We charge a one-time fee to complete the financial plan. The fee depends on the complexity of your situation, and a quote will be provided during our initial meeting. Generally, most of our plans start at $1,500.

Ongoing Planning & Asset Management

Interested in an ongoing relationship? We understand that when you are dealing with the realities of decision making, whether it be about retirement, a career change, or another major transition, it can be overwhelming! Just like our financial plans, an ongoing relationship with us is comprehensive. We take an integrative approach to investment management by pairing it with continual, ongoing planning. Looking at your whole financial picture helps us give you the best service and advice.

Focused Planning

If you are just getting started or have questions about a specific situation, Focused Planning might be a good fit! We offer 1–3 hour sessions at our hourly rate, which is typically enough time for us to provide insight on one to two questions. During our initial meeting, we ask you to identify the answers you want to walk away with and tell you what to collect so we can answer those questions within an agreed timeframe.

Cost: These sessions are based on how many hours it will take us to review and answer your questions. We’ll provide an estimate during our initial call.

Find Comfort In Our

Methodical Process

We start each relationship with a conversation, carefully listening to what you are concerned about and what you are working towards. These conversations help us craft a financial plan that will adjust and grow with you along the way.

It typically takes 4 – 6 weeks to go through the comprehensive financial planning process. We stay in touch throughout the entire process and communicate next steps at each point to ensure that our timeline aligns with your needs and expectations.

  • Initial Call

We set up a free initial call so that we can get to know each other. We’ll ask about your goals, explain our process and fees, and ultimately decide if our process is a good fit for your situation.

  • Gather Information

If you decide to move forward with a plan, we’ll give you a list of documents to gather and ask some questions that will help us put your financial puzzle together.

  • Analyze

We start putting the pieces together. We’ll build a rough draft of your plan and meet again to clarify and ask more questions. This stage is focused on making sure we see the whole picture as we finalize our thoughts and recommendations.

  • Present

We’ll meet to present your financial plan and send you home with a checklist outlining our recommendations.

  • Support

We’ll touch base after your presentation and meet again to explore alternative scenarios and answer any questions you have. If you decide you want help implementing our recommendations, we’ll talk about next steps and develop a timeline for addressing the planning priorities that we outlined.

We Help At

Each Stage Of Life

Financial complexity grows over time, but no two stories are the same. Maybe you have been building a nest egg over the course of your career, or maybe you inherited money and don’t know what to do. Who and how we work with people is more about the guidance and support we can provide during each life stage than it is about your assets. We will meet you where you are at.

Build & Plan

Young professionals and families may be focused on growing incomes, but there are lots of moving parts to consider as you start to accumulate assets.

Grow & Manage

Don’t let growing incomes, careers and lifestyle needs distract you from the finish line. This stage is filled with lots of things competing for your time and resources.

Preserve & Protect

Transitioning away from full time work is exciting and terrifying. Working with a planner that can help you navigate the unknown can make a huge difference.

When you hear people talk about their “Advisors” and “Financial Planners”, you may think they are the same thing, but there is a huge difference. “Advisors” are often focused on investment management, while “Planners” consider other topics like insurance and taxes when making investment recommendations. To add even more confusion, anyone can use “Financial Planner” as a job title.

An important distinction to look for is the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification. When you see someone with a CFP® beside their name, it means they have met rigorous education, training and ethical standards. This certification currently represents the standard of excellence in financial planning. These individuals represent a high level of competency, ethics and professionalism. And because they are held to a fiduciary standard of care, a CFP® professional is required to act in your best interest when managing your assets. This isn’t something that all financial advisors or “financial planners” can say.
